1. Introduction
Thank you for visiting chanellewright.com, a fashion designer and retailer. This website is owned and operated by Chanelle Wright (“the site,” “we,” “us,” our).

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This Agreement applies to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. 

Additionally, Chanelle Wright reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our Site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our service Terms.

 2. The service chanellewright.com provides
Chanellewright.com is an online retailer of goods, designed and sold by Chanelle Wright. Membership allows customers to purchase a variety of clothing products.

 3. Usage Restrictions
All of the content, including all visuals, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner. All images used on this website are courtesy of the relevant supplier and Chanelle Wright takes no responsibility for the distribution and representation of these images. 

4. Notice
Chanelle Wright may contact you or provide you with service-related and/ or promotional notices by means of electronic mail, general site notifications and more using the contact information you have provided to us. 

5. Service Policy
At Chanelle Wright, our products are sold online on a MADE TO ORDER basis. By purchasing something from us, you agree to our shipment and delivery terms and timelines, these can be found in our “How It Works” section on our website or in section 11 of this document. Chanelle Wright goods are limited to a certain quantity, determined by the service provider. 

We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the Site. Please be aware, variations in style, color, size, shape and look may occur. If you are not satisfied your purchase, please review our “How It Works” and FAQ sections for further assistance.

 6. Placing orders for goods 
You acknowledge that all Goods purchased under these Terms are intended for personal non-commercial use only and will not be re-sold. You acknowledge that any Chanelle Wright products purchased under these Terms are not for re-sale or commercial use.

1.Chanelle Wright will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your order or deliver goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order.

7. Rules of Use
You cannot access or use the Chanelle Wright website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Harassment in any manner or form of the Site, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Although Chanelle Wright cannot monitor the conduct of its users, it is a strict violation of these Terms to use any information obtained from our Site in order to harass, abuse or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise, solicit or sell to any user without his/her prior explicit consent.

 8. Eligibility of site errors and inaccuracies
Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. Occasionally, this site may contain typographical mistakes or inaccuracies, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies—including after an order has been placed—and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. In this instance, we apologize for any inconvenience.

 9. User wedding imagery and comment submissions
Due to the nature of the service, Chanelle Wright strives to create an interactive relationship with the members of its Site and services. Encouraging customer feedback and sharing of images and comments after our garments have been worn. User comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Chanelle Wright on or by this Site shall be and remain Chanelle Wright’s property. Users assign all property rights and interests to Chanelle Wright allowing our company unlimited use, commercial or otherwise, of any comments. Furthermore, Chanelle Wright shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments or imagery in confidence; (2) to pay to users any compensation for any comments or imagery; or (3) to respond to any user comments.  

10. Return and Refund Policy
– Products being returned MUST be unused, unworn, undamaged and properly protected.
- Chanelle Wright allows the purchaser three (3) days to request a refund/return for a physical product.
– We don’t accept any returns after the 3-days after delivery.
– You will need to pay for postage when returning the item.
– We recommend using registered mail, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post. Or you can contact us to arrange collection with our couriers at R150 one way.
The purchaser is required to meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return or refund;

    • Product must be returned in it’s original packaging (if applicable).
    • Product must not be used or damaged.
    • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Chanelle Wright reserves the right to refuse a refund should the above criteria and conditions not be met.
  • Sale items may be returned and/or refunded should the physical product conditions be met.
  • Customers may exchange merchandise for a new product, provided the merchandise being returned is not used or damaged, is returned in it’s original packaging and with proof of purchase. In the event of said new product having a discrepancy in price range, the customer will be liable for the difference in cost and will be required to pay said amount before the product is provided.

11. LOCAL ORDERS - FAQ’S

How long does an order take from processing to delivery?
Due to the nature of our product, and in order to maintain a high level of quality all of our garments are MADE TO ORDER. Therefore Chanelle Wright will only begin processing and produce the order once payment has been made and reflected in our account. We take our time to produce our bridesmaid and occasion wear dresses, each garment is inspected and made lovingly by numerous sets of hands, which takes time. Please allow for 6 to 8 weeks maximum from time order is paid till delivery.  

Where to and how much?
Our courier delivers throughout South Africa at a cost of R100 per parcel. Shipping is free for orders over the value of R1500. 

What kind of address do you need?
We’re not really into PO Boxes, so we’ll be needing a physical address for all shipping within South Africa. 

Can I come and collect?
We love to meet brides and their besties during this exciting time, we are more than happy for customers to collect from our studio based in Kloof, Durban. If you are based in the area please feel free to select ‘collection’ as your shipping option. We’ll let you know once your order has been completed and ready for you to collect. We love visitors – So pop in to collect or even just to say hello! 

12. Server Downtime
Our Service may become unavailable from time to time due for security reasons, legal reasons, technical updates, or other reasons. You agree that we are not obligated to inform you of such downtime—even if we are aware that it may occur—or to provide a reason for it, and that you release us from all liability relating to the unavailability of our Service.

13. Indemnity
By use of this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold Chanelle Wright (and its officers, directors, subsidiaries and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, as well as losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms of service or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

14. Modification to website, services and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

15. Third Party Links
To improve our Site, Chanelle Wright may use and promote services provided by outside third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Chanelle Wright, we do not control these services and make no representations regarding these persons or entities. We are not liable or responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability or availability of, any such parties. Outside sites linked on our Site, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk.

We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses
